Quad Superset

One of my favourite ways of training my clients is by using super-sets.  They give you a quick intense workout over a shorter period of time.  I like to give my clients alot of varietion to their training by either combining two of the same muscle groups as one set,  or two exercises of different muscle groups.  Another way to add variety is to mix high reps with low reps, or two exercises as low reps, or both as high. You can let your imagination decide for you or what equipment or space you have at the gym at the time.  

Here I have used the Leg Press Machine and the Hack squat machine with my client Jinna Griffin. Here we did Low rep leg press with high rep hack squats for 3-4 sets
